About This Build

The HG Lightning Black Warrior was a pretty smooth build from start to finish. Nothing too complicated, just a fun and easy kit to work on, which made it even better to focus on bringing out the details. The build already has a strong look on its own, but adding a little weathering really helped it come alive and gave it more presence than a straight clean finish would have. I wanted to keep it controlled and not overdo it, just enough to add some depth, wear, and a little more character to the armor. And the Tamashii smoke effects honestly gave these shots a whole different feel too. They added a lot more personality and motion to the photos and made the Black Warrior look like it was stepping right out of the middle of a fight
